Full refund within 14 days of buying.

How to ask

Email fieldnotes.sim@mail.com with your order number (it's on your receipt) or the email address you bought with. That's all we need.

What happens next

• The refund is made by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• Your licence key is switched off, and the game goes back to its free title screen the next time it checks the key.

After 14 days

If the game won't run on your device, or something's gone wrong, email us anyway and we'll do our best to put it right. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
